For 27 years, I worked at BlackRock—one of the world's largest investment firms—implementing AI automation systems that transformed how the company operated. I watched automation eliminate hundreds of hours of manual work every week. I saw teams go from drowning in spreadsheets and data entry to focusing on strategy and analysis. I personally led projects that saved the company over $125 million.
But here's what bothered me: The technology that was transforming Fortune 500 companies was completely inaccessible to small businesses. Not because the technology didn't exist—it did.
